Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Alaska is currently excluded from our free shipping service.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and processed within 12–72 hours on business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, new product launches, promotional events, or other high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, most customers receive their packages within 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please note that order processing time and estimated delivery time are calculated separately.

Packaging and Shipping Care

Every order is carefully packed to help protect your American Mahjong tiles, racks, pushers, mats, accessories, and other items while they are in transit.

Although we take great care when preparing each shipment, packages may occasionally be damaged during transportation. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@themahjongtile.com so we can assist you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries and destinations.

Please contact us at contact@themahjongtile.com before placing an international order. We will confirm whether shipping is available to your destination and provide an estimated shipping cost and delivery timeframe.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their destination country, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as “Pre-Order” will ship according to the estimated shipping date displayed on the applicable product page.

Any estimated pre-order date is provided in good faith and may change due to production schedules, transportation delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant change to the expected shipping date, we will contact you with an update.
