We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S., with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days after dispatch. Eligible purchases have a 90-day return window from delivery.

For orders placed on our official website, we also offer free replacement of up to two tiles within one year of purchase—because a missing tile shouldn’t mean replacing a whole set.
